These Website Terms of Use (Website Terms) apply when you access or use www.laxiong.com.au (Website). The Website is operated by La Xiong, trading as LAXIONG (ABN 21 233 912 718) (LAXIONG, we, us or our).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

Purchases made through the Website are also governed by our Terms and Conditions at https://www.laxiong.com.au/policies/terms-of-service. Our Privacy Policy at https://www.laxiong.com.au/policies/privacy-policy explains how we handle personal information. If these Website Terms conflict with the Terms and Conditions in relation to a purchase, the Terms and Conditions apply to that purchase.

We may update these Website Terms by publishing a revised version. Changes apply from the stated effective date and do not retrospectively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

LAXIONG names, logos and branding must not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement without permission.

12. Governing law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and LAXIONG submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and courts entitled to hear appeals from them. This does not prevent a person from exercising a right available in another jurisdiction where that right applies and cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. General

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue to operate.

A failure or delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of that right. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The words 'including' and 'includes' are not words of limitation.
